1. Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pepper Books and Cura Boutique.

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
• Return requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Eligibility & Product Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Books & Educational Materials: Must be unused, unmarked, and in their original physical condition with no missing pages, severe creases, or broken spines.
• Stationery & Cura Boutique Items: Must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products, clearout/final sale items, and digital downloads (if applicable) are non-returnable unless received in damaged condition.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a book with printing/binding defects, a damaged item, or an incorrect order:

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

4. Return Shipping & Costs

• Defective or Wrong Items: Pepper Books covers 100% of the return shipping costs or arranges a reverse pickup.
• Buyer’s Remorse / Voluntary Returns: If you are returning an item due to change of mind or accidental order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our support team at pepperbook@yahoo.com with your Order Number, reason for return, and photo proof (if item is damaged).
2. Once approved, our team will share the return shipping address or schedule a courier pickup.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the invoice.

6. Refunds & Timeline

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI transfer or direct bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT) after you provide your account details.
